Celebrate your next birthday with us at the Y 

A birthday party is fun and easy when you have it at the Y! The YMCA offers a variety of party options for all ages: birthday parties, scouts, youth groups, teens, or family gatherings. Parties include use of the party room, the selected activity (gymnasium/pool/music/art) and a YMCA staff person to answer questions and assist as needed. Staff do not lead or direct games or activities. The party reservation is intended for one birthday person, should there be interest in a combined party please let us know in advance.

Party Reservations

You must reserve the date at least 2 weeks in advance with a completed emergency contact list. A full, non-refundable fee is due upon booking. Due to the limited number of time spots available, we cannot officially hold your spot without registration and payment. Time slots are available on a first come-first served basis. Total 24 maximum party guests.

Specialty Items & Decorations

Please feel free to bring any balloons or other decorative items that you feel will make your party event even more special! The person making the reservation is responsible to pay for all damages to YMCA property that may occur during the reserved party. The YMCA is not responsible for personal items left in any areas. Total 24 maximum party guests. Contact the front desk for information and reservations.

Please Note: The room is for venue use ONLY and all toys in the room are not to be used during the party time or by the party guests. The hosting party is responsible for the cleanup of the used venue room. Departure is to be made no later than five minutes after the requested time slot of the party ends.
IF ANY OF THESE RULES ARE NOT FOLLOWED, IT WILL RESULT IN THE CARD ON FILE BEING CHARGED A $100 FEE.
