YMCA Summer Enrichment provides positive outcomes through play with an emphasis on social-emotional growth. Our quality staff will guide them through outdoor activities, swimming, sports, arts & crafts, games, STEM activities, field trips, and summer adventures. We know how important it is to get kids back out to nature and interacting with their friends. Weekly themes allow participants to practice leadership skills, critical thinking skills, be a part of a team, and develop lifelong friendships. These programs encourage children to build friendships with other children from different areas and backgrounds, foster self-confidence and independence, and allow each child to learn the importance of caring and sharing with others. In addition, participants gain an understanding of the YMCA's character development values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.
